(Hong Kong, 4 March 2021) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for February 2021, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to RMB3,110,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 254,100 square meters.

From January to February 2021, the total property contracted sales amounted to RMB8,389,000,000 and the total contracted GFA reached 622,500 square meters.

No new land was acquired in February 2021.
