(Hong Kong, April 7, 2020) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") will achieve contract sales of RMB 4.214 billion and contract sales area of 363600 square meters in March 2020.
From January to March 2020, the accumulated contract sales amount is 8189 million yuan and the contract sales area is 711900 square meters.
In March 2020, the group added four new projects in Hefei City, Anhui Province, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province and Langfang City, Hebei Province, with a total equity development area of 842592.70 square meters and a land price of 4181510000 yuan.
